30-Day Limited Warranty for Gaming Systems

If you experience hardware failure of any major component of a gaming system within 30 days of delivery, contact claims@mikesgameshop.com to file a claim. Major components include the power supply, disc bay, disc reader, TV hookups, controllers, and sensors.

Under the terms of this limited warranty, a component found to have failed may be replaced for free.

To be eligible for coverage, your claim must be received within 30 days of order delivery and the item must be shown to be in the same condition as at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a gaming system from Mikes Game Shop, you agree that in the event of your filing a claim under this warranty, you shall perform any diagnostic and debugging steps Mikes Game Shop requests to reasonably conclude that the component has in fact failed and requires replacement.

The cost of shipping replacement parts is not included under this limited warranty. The buyer will be responsible for paying the true cost of shipping replacement parts. There will be no handling fee in these instances.

The maximum benefit under this warranty is the amount paid at the time of purchase. In lieu of replacing failed hardware, Mikes Game Shop reserves the right to refund the purchase if, in its sole discretion, it deems that it is appropriate to do such.
