We want you to always get the best deal through us—that’s why we’re happy to price match any other game shop! Here’s everything you need to know:

Eligibility Requirements

Comparable Items:
The product must be identical, including condition (e.g., new, used, refurbished), model, edition, and packaging. Not sure if a product qualifies? Just ask—we’ll gladly check for you!

Competitor Criteria:
We match prices from legitimate U.S.-based online retailers and local brick-and-mortar stores. Competitors must sell genuine products, and their prices must include any shipping costs.

Proof of Price:
Provide verifiable proof of the competitor’s lower price, such as a print ad, website link, or receipt, at the time of purchase.

Exclusions

Our price match policy does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
  • Bundles, promotions, or deals that include additional discounts, gifts, or add-ons.
  • Private sellers, auction sites, or third-party marketplace listings (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace).
  • Pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or products with limited availability.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Before Purchase: Email us with proof of the competitor’s price, including shipping costs.
  2. We’ll confirm the price and availability and adjust your price at checkout if it qualifies.

Post-Purchase Adjustments

If you find a lower price—including shipping—within 7 days of your purchase at Mikes Game Shop, email us with proof, and we’ll issue store credit for the difference.
