Returns
We accept returns only if an item was defective or not as described.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
To start a return, email us at resolutions@mikesgameshop.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Sealed items that have been opened
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item:
- Initiate a return following the terms outlined above.
- Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Exchanges are processed as separate transactions to ensure fast resolution.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Note: It may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
