Gameboy Color took an incredible concept and added one huge thing: COLOR. Colors were not only to the pixels but to the device itself, which came in some stunning shades. GBC games were great because they held onto the simplicity of the original Gameboy, whose games it also supports, while taking on more character. This gaming device was an immensely successful hit and contributed to Nintendo’s massive dominance in handheld gaming at the time.
